Studies The German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer, funded by both the Federation (Bund) and the federal states (Länder), is the centre of competence in administrative sciences in Germany. Based on a range of varied methodologies, it is dedicated to the study of public administration from the municipal level to the global scale, as well as relations between the private and public sectors. It maintains a strategic partnership with the German Institute for Research in Public Administration, which is located on the campus.
